Your private room

Each story has its own project. Your private link gives access to your room; keep it safe. The organiser can review the project’s conversations. Contributor visibility and reuse depend on the sharing choices shown in the room.

Family material will not be used as a public example without permission.

June and AI services

June is an AI interviewer. The current voice pilot uses ElevenLabs Agents; other configurations can use Anthropic, ElevenLabs and OpenAI. The interview page explains its processing and asks for permission before you start.

Website Help sends only the question you choose to send to Anthropic to select a reviewed task guide. Optional dictation sends a short recording to OpenAI for transcription; the temporary server recording is deleted after processing. These services have their own data policies. Help questions are separate from your saved story.

Document and media analysis have their own permission controls. AI can make mistakes, so names, dates, transcripts and film meaning need review.

Saving and backups

Saved story material is kept on our hosted server. The backup process uses an encrypted repository in a private Backblaze bucket. Always wait for the saved confirmation after uploading or making a change.

A backup receipt confirms a past backup, rather than guaranteeing every current action has already been backed up.

Help, export and removal

Open Help in your Memory Room for step-by-step guidance or to contact the team. Settings contains export and removal options.

Removing material from use and permanent erasure are different actions. A deletion request needs operator review, including retained copies and backups.

Website requests

The initial request saves your name, email and message for the studio operator to review. It does not send these details to an AI service or start an interview. Invitations are shared personally; this form sends no automatic email.

Please leave private family stories out of this initial request. Add them in your private room once invited.

Films and review

Paid films have personal editorial review and two consolidated rounds of customer changes. Corrections to our mistakes or permission issues do not use a round.

Length, price and delivery timing are agreed before production. The one-minute free preview is still in private testing.
