How your film is made.

Start with your name and email

Verify your email using the private link we send. No password or card is needed. Tell us who the film is about, then choose to talk, add photos or write a memory.

You can choose about 5, 20, 40 or 60 minutes, or discuss a longer film. You do not need to decide straight away.

Open your private Memory Room

Your room is created after verification and the short welcome steps. Return using a new email sign-in link. Existing pilot invitations continue to work separately. Keep private room links safe; anyone with a link can use its access.

The organiser and contributors can have different access. Read the audience and permission descriptions before adding material. The studio can access the material needed for editing and support.

Add memories in the way that suits you

Talk with June, write a memory, upload a memoir or document, or add photos and videos. Photo names, dates and descriptions are optional. You can connect photos to topics or chapters later.

June is an AI interviewer. The interview screen explains recording and AI processing before you start. You can pause, skip a topic or finish the conversation. Check that your conversation appears in Saved conversations afterwards.

Selecting a file does not save it. Press the upload button and wait for the saved confirmation. Optional AI analysis uses the relevant permission controls; its observations need your review.

Review the story and plan

Your story notebook organises eligible saved material and suggests optional memories to explore. With automatic updates enabled, it updates after new material is ready. You can pause that choice in Settings.

My film contains the outline for the next version. Choose one chapter at a time, check the story and proposed pictures, and speak or type your comments. Check dictated words before saving them.

A connected or suggested photo is a proposal for the next version. It is not proof that the photo is already in your current film. Adding material or saving an outline does not replace a film you can already watch.

Choose a film when you are ready

Your free beginning includes 20 minutes with June, across several visits, plus photos and written memories. We show your remaining time and warn you near the end. Reaching that allowance does not mean your story is ready or remove your saved material.

Review your outline before buying a five-minute film for $99 or a twenty-minute film for $229 USD. The purchase includes another 40 or 120 minutes with June respectively. Longer films need a quote. Payment does not approve your outline or start production automatically.

Use Review & send to check what goes to the editor. Saving comments alone does not send a revision request. The studio reviews the submitted plan and prepares a private cut.

Every paid film is personally reviewed before you see it. AI helps organise and prepare material; people still need to check facts, meaning, permissions and the final edit.

Two consolidated rounds of changes are included with a paid film. Corrections to our mistakes or permission issues do not use a round. Any new scope or cost is agreed separately.

Watch, review and keep a copy

Watch the available film in My film. Pause at a moment you want changed and save a note. Send your changes together when ready. Your existing film stays available while an ordinary revision is being planned or prepared. A removal or permission change can make it necessary to hide an affected film for review.

Download the finished film and keep your own copy. Settings also lets you prepare a ZIP of accessible saved originals, conversations and available films. The ZIP expires after 24 hours; you can prepare another.

Downloading does not grant permission to publish someone else’s material. Long-term hosting and the final retention schedule are not yet settled; the room should not be your only copy.
